Can I pay in Naira or USD?
Yes. We’ll share payment instructions and the applicable exchange rate with your quote. Only pay using the details confirmed in your approved quote.
What if my order can’t be fulfilled or delivered?
Contact us so we can review the order, seller terms and delivery circumstances with you. Refund eligibility, timing and any non-refundable costs must be confirmed before payment. Our published policy is currently placeholder copy.
Who handles customs and duties?
We coordinate the shipping process and explain applicable duties and charges in your final quote. Customs clearance can affect delivery timing; we’ll update you if further information is needed.
Can you ship batteries, liquids and perfumes?
