How long will my order take?
Our delivery window is 14–21 working days after purchase confirmation. Store dispatch, customs checks and public holidays can affect the timing. We’ll keep you informed if anything changes.
What’s included in my quote?
You’ll see the item cost, international shipping, local delivery and service fee before paying. Your final quote will also explain any applicable customs or handling charges. Approved Shop products show their delivered total at checkout; other items need a quote.
Which currency do I pay in?
You pay in Nigerian naira. Our overseas prices and service fees default to pounds, converted using our checked LemFi NGN-to-GBP rate. Your checkout or quote shows the full naira total before payment.
What if my order can’t be fulfilled or delivered?
Contact us so we can review the order, seller terms and delivery circumstances with you. Refund eligibility, timing and any non-refundable costs must be confirmed before payment. Our published policy is currently placeholder copy.
Who handles customs and duties?
We coordinate the shipping process and explain applicable duties and charges in your final quote. Customs clearance can affect delivery timing; we’ll update you if further information is needed.
Can you ship batteries, liquids and perfumes?
Some items need special handling or cannot travel on certain routes. Standalone lithium batteries, liquids and perfumes require review. Check our restricted-items guidance and ask us before buying.
How do I follow my order?
Use the Track order page with your order reference and email address. We also email your private tracking link when payment is confirmed.
