How shopping with Foureen works.

Your request and quote
Submitting a request does not commit you to a purchase. We confirm availability, specifications, the full price and delivery expectations in a separate quote. Only an approved quote and confirmed payment authorise a purchase.
Prices and payment
Quotes should state their validity period, exchange rate, item price, shipping, local delivery, service fees and applicable duties. Accepted website quotes are settled in Naira by bank transfer using the instructions on your private order page. Payments are manually verified.
Delivery
The expected delivery window is 14–21 working days from purchase confirmation. Seller delays, customs clearance and other circumstances can change that estimate. Delivery addresses and contact details must be accurate.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Placeholder policy: cancellation and refund rights, seller return limitations, failed deliveries, damaged goods, dispute handling and statutory consumer protections must be defined in the final terms before launch.
